​Management and Governance Board

The Governance Board (GB) and the Management Operating Committee (MOC) consists of a group of diverse and experienced, business and academic leaders.
The GB deals with the strategic direction and key outputs of the office of the Chair, which includes strategy development and implementation, development and approval of policies; and actioning of plans and budgets. While the MOC has been established to ensure that the activities of the Chair continuously support the vision and purpose of the Wholesale & Retail SETA.
