Overview

In order to drive our Research Footprint and Impact, University of Johannesburg (UJ) has established research centres and Technology stations, positioned to strengthen institutional, regional and national priorities. The university has about 40 Research Centre, which are internally funded through the University Strategic funding initiative.

Centres of Excellence

In addition to the University Research Centres, UJ is also host to the DST-NRF Centre of Excellence for Integrated Mineral and Energy Resource Analysis (CIMERA).
