STH offers Continuous Education Programmes (CEP) and Short Learning Programmes (SLP) that are accredited and provide professional development to upskill existing employees already working in the industry; as well as niche development programmes for the sector. Application criteria include age, previous educational level and industry experience. The STH is open to develop and deliver new SLPs for industry based on their need

Hospitality Management (Block Release)
  • This course enables students, practitioners, managers and supervisors to elevate their skills and ability by learning more about the key managerial concepts within Hospitality management. After completion of this course, candidates will be more effective in managing organisational resources.  
  • To qualify, candidates must be employed by a restaurant either as a full-time employee or as a management trainee.
