Invitation to comment on the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Convocation 

Dear UJ Convocation Members

The Convocation is a structure, accountable to Council, that represents the interests of the Convocation Members and UJ. The membership of the Convocation consists of Alumni (diplomates and graduates of formal subsidised qualifications) of the University of Johannesburg, the former Rand Afrikaans University and the former Technikon Witwatersrand; the Vice-Chancellor and Principal, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, the Registrar and other members of the Management Executive Committeepermanent academic employees; and retired permanent academic employees of the University.

 

The University has reviewed the Constitution of the Convocation to ensure that it is updated and relevant. We invite UJ Convocation Members to comment on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Convocation.  You will receive communication from the Alumni Office with the relevant link to submit comments. Comments may be submitted from 05 March 2025 until 19 March 2025 at 23h59.
