About Dr Hennades Tabe
Dr. Hennades Tabe earned his first degree from the University of Buea in 2011. He completing his Honours, Master’s, and PhD degrees in Education Management, Laws, and Systems at North-West University between 2013 and 2021. During this time, he held multiple academic roles, including writing consultants with the Academic Development Centre, research assistant, assessor, fieldworker, and temporary lecturer at NWU. He also engaged in community outreach through secondary school motivational visits. Beyond academia, he worked as a fieldworker and subcontractor for the Department of Basic Education, conducting large-scale data collection in the North-West Province. Dr. Tabe has engaged in the research supervision of students at post graduate level, undergraduate student supervision during teaching practice at NWU & UNISA and he is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the South African Research Chair in Teaching & Learning at the University of Johannesburg. He is a member of SAERA and the Golden Key International Honours Society.
