About Prof Magda Hewitt

Magda (Lia) Hewitt is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management (PPM). She enjoys sharing her expertise and experience in entrepreneurial leadership, a complex and interdisciplinary field. She does this by structuring and coaching the process of personal and professional leadership growth of her students and individuals in organizations. Magda is an experienced master’s and doctoral supervisor in the fields of business, entrepreneurship, leadership, and leadership coaching. She is also a business coach and an academic, lecturing on various postgraduate level modules on entrepreneurship, leadership and coaching. Additionally, she is a visiting scholar at the University of Zagreb, Croatia, and the University of Lodz, Poland.
