About Mrs Nokulunga Xolile Mashwama
Biography
Nokulunga Xolile Mashwama is a passionate researcher and teacher. She is a lecturer in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying and has worked in the construction industry from 2007-2016 (5 years working for consulting company – Owen Thindwa and Associate Charted Quantity Surveyors and 4 years working for contractors as quantity surveyor). In 2017, she joined the academic industry at the University of Johannesburg as a lecturer and research fellow.
