Mr ER Hart

Elton Romeo Hart is an admitted Attorney affiliated to the Law Society of the Northern Province as well as the Cape Law Society and part of the Department Procedural Law at the University of Johannesburg. He holds the following qualifications: BComm (Econ and Management Sciences) from the University of Stellenbosch, an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch as well as a HonsBComm from the University of Stellenbosch.

Elton Romeo Hart started his career as a candidate attorney and later admitted as attorney in 2007 with the Law firm VisagieVos in Cape Town. He was admitted as Attorney of High Court of South Africa in 2008 and has been practising as such since.

His is a instructor for LEAD at the Johannesburg School for Legal Practice as well as the Wits Law School since 2013. He regularly appears as legal analyst on SABC Newsroom as well as radio program RSG.
