About Dr. Nadia Morton

Dr Nadia Morton has been working in higher education since 2014, teaching Industrial Psychology, Research and Workplace Readiness modules at Boston Media House and the University of Johannesburg. She has also been involved in postgraduate research at LISOF and Boston Media House before joining the University of Johannesburg. Dr Morton holds a PhD, obtained from the University of Johannesburg, where she has also completed her undergraduate and Master’s qualifications. Her interests are personality, developing psychometric assessments, and the role and impact of technology and the fourth industrial revolution on the world of work. Dr Morton is also part of the South African Personality Inventory project, focusing on developing a personality instrument unique to the South African context and workplace.
