About Casper Soul Karadzandima

Casper Soul Karadzandima is an MSc candidate at the University of Johannesburg working on research titled ‘Structural geology and geophysical investigation of the continuity of the Red Granite Belt under the Kalahari cover, Kunene AMCG Complex (Angola)’, as part of the Kunene-CIMERA research team working on the broader project “Kunene Complex and its potential subsurface extensions” (https://cimera.co.za/kunene-complex/). He is a qualified geologist who obtained his BSc Honours Degree in Geology from the University of Zimbabwe in 2019. Before enrolling for an MSc at UJ, he gained experience in lithium open-pit mining, gold exploration and mining, and water exploration. He has SEG and GSSA student membership and is also the SAS-SEG 2023 vice president.

Structural geology, Geophysics, 4IR (Hyperspectral Remote Sensing, Machine Learning, Geomodelling)
