The research produced by the SARCHI Chair in Welfare and Social Development and her research collaborators that are pertinent to contemporary issues and the national development agenda. The articles featured in the media aim to increase scientific knowledge of social development and welfare issues nationally, regionally and internationally. The articles are also critical to communities on-the-ground, as a result the research generates significant media interest.
