The Waterford Restaurant @ UJ

“Delight your appetite at our premier dining venue, the Waterford Restaurant. Located at the Kerzner Building, Auckland Park Bunting Road Campus.

We are all about good food infused with indigenous African food cultures, creativity, service quality and excellence.

In recognition of the School of Tourism and Hospitality’s partnership and collaboration with the Waterford Hotel Group, it comes as no surprise that the main restaurant is named Waterford.

The CEO of the Waterford Hotel Group, Mr. Len Wolman, is a great partner and supporter of the School. He is an STH Golden Circle Alumnus Award winner and in 2020 was awarded the UJ Alumni Dignitas Award in recognition of achieving excellence in his profession.

The Waterford Restaurant provides breakfast and lunch offerings to the broad campus community and surrounds. Where required the restaurant also accommodates conference and events guests.

Breakfast:
Get your day off to an amazing start. Come sample our breakfast selection in a calm and relaxed environment. Breakfast buffet is served daily, Mondays to Fridays from 07:00 to 10:00.

Lunch:
Lunch at the Waterford Restaurant is one not to be missed. Whether you need to book a table for a large group or a table for one – join us for a nutritious treat.  Do not miss our popular Friday braai offering and book a table to unwind after a long week.

Lunch buffet is served daily, Mondays to Fridays, from 12:00 to 14:00.

With an in-house team of Chefs on hand, the restaurant caters to a variety of tastes and a keen focus on health and wellness is complimented by an expanded incorporation of African indigenous meal offerings.”
