Purpose

The JBS MAP+ is a high-impact, digitally relevant programme that has been carefully curated to sharpen your awareness of the economic, political, social, environmental, and technological factors that affect leadership and business management globally.

The programme demystifies the myriad of technologies and contexts shaping your place of work and defines what each of these elements means for your unique career and leadership journey. This hybrid programme will broaden your perspectives as you explore areas outside of your field of specialisation and experience. You will explore various economic, organisational, and technological contexts and equip yourself with the knowledge and practical skills required to lead relevant functional and administrative units in an increasingly digitized professional landscape.

Career Opportunities

MAP+ is targeted at mid-level specialists, academics, support professionals, supervisors and team managers who want to prepare for leadership success in business, government, academia, and non-profit organisations.

Admission Requirements

A matric or senior certificate, or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification. 3 – 5 years’ work experience, preferably in a specialist or supervisory management role. Good understanding of the English language. English will be used as a medium of instruction.
