The successful food and beverage
operations student will possess the
appropriate skills at operational and
supervisory levels within the food and
beverage industry within South Africa
or internationally. Persons can work
in food and beverage units, private
and executive catering, marketing
and promotions, training or in areas of
food and drinks within the industry.
A minimum APS of 22 with Maths or 24 with Maths Lit.
A minimum of 50% in English, 40% in Maths/Technical Maths, or 60% in Maths Lit.
Selection is based on academic credit.
