About Taheera Johnson

Taheera is the Director: Litigation and General Affairs in the Office of the General Counsel. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa with over 10 years’ experience in the legal arena. Taheera completed her articles and subsequently practiced as an attorney at one of the “Big 5” law firms before joining UJ in 2017.

Taheera is a specialist in dispute resolution which includes litigation and arbitration. Finding resolutions to disputes gives Taheera the greatest pleasure and she is passionate about servicing the Higher Education sector.
