This course covers general chemistry for first year Food and Biotechnology students.

CET1A3E

In this module second year Food and Biotechnology students are introduced to general and organic chemistry.

CET2A06

Organic Chemistry 3 practical is designed to expose students to techniques such as recrystallization, steam distillation and structural elucidation of organic compounds using techniques such as FTIR, H-NMR and C-NMR.

CET1BA4

The Analytical Chemistry Practical 2 module covers advanced titrimetric analyses, gravimetric methods of analysis and an introduction to chromatography.
