About Ms. Liza Titlestad
Liza Titlestad studied at the University of the Witwatersrand and holds an Honours degree in Fine Arts. She has worked at FADA for the past 14 years, across the faculty, teaching and facilitating: Perceptual Drawing; Illustration; Painting; Design; editing of post graduate documents; the origination and teaching of portfolio workshops, and more recently, History and Theory modules at first, second- and third-year levels. Her professional interests, other areas of study and working domains include: Montessori Directress; ECD Arts and Culture teacher training; Art Therapy and an internship in this field; counselling skills and curriculum development. Liza is passionate about arts education at practical and theoretical levels and facilitating rich learning experiences for students. She has 32 years of teaching experience.
