About Leslé Ince-Garcia

Leslé Ince-Garcia is an administrator and project manager. She currently occupies the role of Senior Executive Administrator & Special Projects, where she fulfils an administrative support role to the Director, Deputy Director and Senior Operations Manager and is responsible for aspects of process monitoring and the management of special projects, at the Graduate School of Architecture at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. After a career as a lecturer at a private college, specialist in communication and then project manager in the corporate environment, Leslé finds herself back in the tertiary education environment, which is where she started her career. Before joining the GSA and still at the University of Johannesburg, Leslé was a Community Engagement Specialist and Alumni Project Manager prior to that. She has occupied various project management positions in corporate and educational institutions, such as UJ and UNISA and has participated in projects of various magnitudes and in different phases. She has also occupied management positions, which have required her to establish and maintain effective working relationships with chief officers, directors, colleagues, clients, and students both locally and internationally. Leslé obtained a MTech degree in public relations management from CPUT, a BTech degree in Education: Post School and a Diploma in project management. She is currently studying towards a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), with a specialisation in digital technology, through the Johannesburg Business School (JBS).
