About Erna Sefoka

Erna is the Director: Contracts in the Office of the General Counsel. She is an innovative, experienced, and highly focused legal counsel with 20 plus years’ experience. She has significant corporate and commercial experience, extensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and spearheading legal matters across a wide range of geographies.

Erna is well versed in various fields of law: commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, energy project development, project financing, transactional work (including divestments and disposals), joint ventures, bespoke and standard engineering contracts, advising on structuring, specialist drafting and negotiation of complex commercial and contractual arrangements, legal compliance,  regulatory and licensing, competition law and anti-bribery law.
