About Dr. Ruwayne Kock

Dr. Ruwayne Kock holds a D Com degree in Industrial Psychology obtained from the University of Johannesburg. He is a leading HR specialist with over 25 years of experience across international and national organisations. He specializes in innovative people management solutions, talent management, leadership and coaching, change management, and organisational development.

Also, Dr. Kock is the founder of Authentic Organisations with a special focus on the work experiences and issues of marginalized groups. He is also a Faculty member of the Leadership lab at the Africa Leadership University School of Business in Ruanda.As a member of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa’s Management Committee, he is responsible for the Transformation portfolio.
