About Dr Kleinjan Redelinghuys
Dr Kleinjan Redelinghuys is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management working under the guidance of Prof Brandon Morgan. He obtained his PhD in Industrial Psychology in 2017 from the North-West University, focusing on the flourishing of teachers in secondary schools. After graduating, he continued to work as a postdoctoral fellow at North-West University for three years under his PhD promoter Prof Ian Rothmann. The functioning and well-being of employees intrigue him, and he is eager to expand his knowledge of psychometrics during his stay in the department.
