Field(s) of research

Fish Parasitology , fish health, water quality, Crustacea feeding and reproduction

Lecturing: Modules with short description

Zoo2a10 General parasitology provides an introduction to all major groups of parasites. Their mode of life , pathology and treatment is discussed.

Zoo 0157 Aquatic Parasitology; deals with the ecology of parasites and tries to understand the distribution patterns of parasites on their hosts and factors influencing the distribution. We also study how parasites affect their host behaviour and physiological responses.
