Academic Transcripts (Record) and Transcript Supplements (Curriculum Supplement)

The University of Johannesburg (UJ) no longer outsources requests for Academic Transcripts and Transcript Supplements. Alumni and Non-Graduated Students can now directly order an Academic Transcript (Record) and Transcript Supplement by accessing the Corporate Governance – Qualification Documents Order Platform.

 

Document Types

  • Academic Transcript/Record (Document containing qualifications registered as well as if/when the qualification(s) were completed. The document also contains all modules registered and cancelled, as well as marks for all modules passed and failed)
  • Transcript Supplement (Curriculum Supplement of all modules completed successfully as well as a brief description of each module completed per qualification) – *Academic Transcript/Record included.
  • Confirmation/Special Letters (Document providing confirmation of the qualification(s) registered as well as an indication of whether it was obtained or not. It may include information on the Medium of Instruction if requested)
