Kindly take note of the following:

 The briefing session is COMPULSORY.

  1. Bidders are requested to register on Oracle iCloud Application portal BEFORE attending the briefing session to enable access to the tender documents.  Bidders who are already registered or on UJ data base please make sure that your company documents are updated and valid to avoid being blocked on the system and not being able to access the tender pack.
  2. No emailed, faxed or posted submissions will be accepted.
  3. Attached on this invitation is information on how to register on the Oracle Icloud Application and how to access the Tender pack.
  4. The Tender Pack will be distributed to Bidders who attend the Compulsory Briefing Session ONLY.
