Procurement of Unified Communication Equipment for 6 Venues on APK and APB

Mandatory minimum requirement for this project:
Bidders to submit OEM letters from the following suppliers.

1. Crestron
2. Kramer
3. Shure
4. NEC / Peripheral Vision

A virtual meeting link will be forwarded to the interested bidders by no later than the 5th of September 2024 at 16h00pm.
Please note that only suppliers who attend the compulsory tender briefing session will have access to the UJ bid document.

Note: Bidders are requested to register on Oracle iCloud Application portal before attending the briefing session to enable access to the tender documents. Registration link is on the UJ website at supplier management. I have attached a User Training Manual – Oracle Cloud Supplier Response that will assist you during registration process. Bidders who are already registered or on UJ data base please make sure that your company documents are updated and valid to avoid being blocked on the system and not being able to access the tender pack.
