The OGC Contracts team provides advice on and drafts all forms of commercial contracts and arrangements across all the fields related to the University, to support our internal clients’ day to day and strategic business activities, including research, funding, and collaborations, considering the related regulatory regimes and other sector specific requirements that may be applicable.

Our team has extensive experience across all areas of commercial contracts and our lawyers aim to offer pragmatic and solutions-oriented advice, shaped to achieve our internal clients’ contractual goals, to mitigate the legal risk and protect the legal interests of the University.
