The purpose of this SLP is to provide leading policymakers, policy advocates and policy researchers with the theoretical foundations for analysing complex phenomena which bedevil contemporary policy-design and application in leadership. It aims to link theoretical issues with case study evidence, drawing on national-level and supranational experiences.
