The purpose of the Emerging Leader Leadership Development programme is to provide students with leadership skills required at different levels of work, with the aim to shape character, caring, competence and commitment towards the organisation.

A minimum of three years' working experience; and Prospective students must be recommended for further leadership development by their head of department. Students enrolled for this programme are those who show a continued commitment to the organisation and are identified as possible future leaders within the organisation.
