The purpose of this qualification is to equip students with an in-depth grounding in People Management knowledge, theory, principles and skills so that they may contribute to the multi-functional, multinational public and business sectors, confidently executing analytical, interpretive, strategic and integrative skills relating to people management.
People Management Practitioners dealing with employee-related issues in organisations. Human Resource Officer, Employee Benefits Officer, Health and Wellness Official, Recruitment and Selection Official, Human Resource Researcher, Training and Development Officer, Change Facilitator, Organisational Development Practitioner.
A minimum APS of 22 with Mathematics or 24 with Mathematical Literacy. English 4 (50%), Mathematics or Technical Mathematics 3 (40%) or Mathematical Literacy 5 (60%).
