Department of Geography, Environmental Management & Energy Studies
Our research and teaching strengths include:

- Tourism Geography
For the 2017 academic year the department had 145 first year students, 134 second year students, 152 third year students and close to 100 postgraduate students, of which 36 were Honours students, 36 Master's students and 10 doctoral students.
Students mostly come from the faculties of Science, Humanities, Management and Education.
