Dr Victoria Adeyele

Victoria Olubola Adeyele (PhD) is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Science and Technology Education, Faculty of Education, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She holds a PhD in Early Childhood Development from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, with teaching experience at various educational institutions. Dr. Victoria Olubola Adeyele has significantly contributed to early childhood education, children’s STEM education, and child psychology. Her achievements include winning a distinguished academic scholarship and research grant and publishing in reputable journals. She actively participates in professional organizations to stay updated with the latest developments in her field. Victoria’s expertise lies in early childhood development and children-in-science, and she is driven by her commitment to improving educational practices and positively impacting young learners’ lives.  Dr Ayodele Ogegbo

Ayodele Ogegbo Abosede (PhD)  obtained her PhD in Science Education from the University of Pretoria in 2018. She is currently a PDRF in the Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (CALTSTEAM) and the Department of Science and Technology Education (SciTechEd). Her research interests are inquiry-based science education, computational thinking, and technology use in science education. Before joining the University of Johannesburg, Dr. Ogegbo worked at the Lagos State Ministry of Education as a senior education officer and served in various leadership capacities. She was a lecturer at UJ from 2022 to early 2023 and also worked as a Physics Tutor at the Physics Department at the University of Pretoria during her PhD studies.

Dr. Segum M. Ojetunde

Dr. Segun M. Ojetunde is a scholar in educational research, evaluation, science, and technology. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University with a degree in Science Education. He obtained his postgraduate degrees from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Dr. Segun is an associate of the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER). He was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Science and Education Technology, University of Johannesburg in the Republic of South Africa to research emerging Education Technology. He has published journal articles, book chapters, and books in reputable publishing outlets. Dr. Segun is actively involved in teaching, training, and mentoring tertiary education students. He also consults for local and foreign-based organisations in educational research, monitoring, and evaluation. He is currently researching emerging education technologies because he believes the future education arena will be online.

Dr Hannah Bosede BANKOLE

Dr. Hannah Bosede Bankole (née Ogunrinde) (PhD) was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Science and Technology Education, Faculty of Education, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She specializes in educational research, evaluation, assessment, science, and technology. She graduated from Ekiti State University with a second-class upper degree in science education (Electrical/Electronics/Technical Education). She obtained her postgraduate degrees in Educational Technology and Educational Evaluation (research, assessment, testing, and measurement) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Dr. Hannah serves as an Assistant Director of Education at the Teaching Service Commission, Oyo State (TESCOM), Nigeria. She is also a tutor at the Nigeria Teachers Institute (NTI), Kaduna, Ibadan Centre, and a coordinator for the scholarship program, women’s empowerment, and awareness initiatives on human trafficking in Nigeria for the Justice Development and Peace (JDPC) Commission, Ibadan Centre, Nigeria. Dr. Hannah is actively involved in teaching, training, and mentoring science education students. She is driven by her commitment to improving educational practices in science and technology and positively impacting young learners’ lives by equipping them with 21st-century skills.

Dr Olawale Sunday Koledafe

Dr. Olawale Sunday Koledafe is an instructional designer, educational technologist, and EdTech researcher with over a decade of experience in digital learning innovation. As the Head of Instructional Design unit at the Centre for Open and Distance Learning, University of Ilorin, he leads initiatives focused on learning analytics integration and capacity building for technology-enhanced education. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Technology (E-Learning Option) from the University of Ilorin, with research interests encompassing technology-enhanced learning, computer-assisted instruction, open and distance education, and the development of culturally relevant technologies in STEM education. Dr. Koledafe serves as an adjunct lecturer at the Department of Educational Technology, University of Ilorin, and as a visiting lecturer at Al-Hikmah University, Nigeria. He is recognised as a seasoned trainer and frequently participates in public dialogues on technology integration in education. He is a regular workshop facilitator at conferences across the African continent. In addition to his pedagogical expertise, he is a skilled full-stack developer, proficient in tools such as PHP, JavaScript, xAPI, Articulate Storyline, and H5P. Dr. Koledafe is a member of the editorial board for the International Journal of Innovative Technology Integration in Education (IJITIE) and mentors in AI-powered EdTech initiatives. He is passionate about building inclusive, data-informed digital learning environments and continues to contribute actively to both scholarships and practice in instructional design, technology-enabled/enhanced learning, and open education across Africa.
