Lecturing: Modules with short descriptionCET1YHT and CET1YHP is a general chemistry module designed to cater for health sciences students (Chiropractic and Homeopathic). It is year module that introduces students to rigorous, fundamental and advanced concepts of chemistry. As chemistry is not an outcome of an inspired vision but results from numerous observation, logic and trial and error. In this module, chemical concepts are attained in the same way to justify such observations.

NAN9X81 is an advanced chemistry module offered to Masters nanoscience students. It focuses on synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials. Students are exposed to microscopic (TEM, SEM) and spectroscopic (Raman, UV-DRS, SAED and XRD) techniques to elucidate the structural identity of nanomaterials. Photocatalytic concepts and modification of photocatalytic processes are covered in detail.
