Communication pertaining to the status of orders placed on eModule
Once you have registered successfully and placed an order for any document type from the University of Johannesburg, confirmation of a successful order will be received by yourself via an email sent from the University.
If you have not received this email, 48 hours after you have lodged your order, please contact the certificates office as per the details provided below.
Receipt of the email confirms that your order has been vetted and routed to the relevant Department for processing.
The website does indicate the minimum timeframes for document types ordered. You are welcome to make contact with the office responsible per document type on the status of your order as per the details provided below:
