Every year, the UJ Postgraduate School offers Master’s students and PhD candidates the
opportunity to share their work, engage with a community of peers and receive feedback from
expert academics. This year, the conference is taking place on Wednesday, 16 October at
the School of Tourism and Hospitality on the Auckland Park Bunting Road Campus and we’re
inviting you to submit your abstract for an ORAL PRESENTATION or a POSTER.
If you would like to present your research, please complete the form, providing your name,
contact information and a 300-word abstract describing your research.
Last date for submission of abstracts is Friday, 20 September 2019.
You will be informed whether your abstract is accepted by 4 October.
To be eligible to present your research at the conference, you must:
- be a registered UJ Master’s student or PhD candidate to enter
- have your supervisor’s approval
- have received ethical clearance, if appropriate, for your research
- have substantive findings to present.
We look forward to hearing from you!
