UJ Sport acknowledges diverse athletes, teams for great run before COVID-19

Date: Nov 27, 2020 | News

From late 2019 to early 2020, a variety of athletes and teams in the University of Johannesburg (UJ) Sport academy performed well in different competitions across the country and the rest of the African continent. Some of the players were also selected to represent South Africa in various sporting codes.

Following the positive showing prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent national and global lockdowns, UJ Sport recently acknowledged the athletes and teams by awarding them laudations. The acknowledgement cuts across all the UJ Sport clubs, individual players and team coaches and managers.
