Four-day workshop on writing empirical papers for top-tier Journals

The Centre for Applied Data Science (CADS) hosted a Four-day workshop on writing empirical papers for top-tier Journals. The workshop took place from 25 – 29 April 2022 and was facilitated by Prof Samuel Fosso-Wamba, Head of The Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence & Business Analytics at TBS Education.

The workshop introduced participants to various conceptual approaches of applied data science and business analytics research, including how to identify a good research topic, develop the motivation for research, formulate a theoretical framework and hypotheses, collect data to test the framework, and make a significant contribution.
