About Ms Mothepane Tshabalala

Ms Mothepane Tshabalala has previous industry experience as a front-end developer, a C# developer as well as a client data analyst. Within the research field, her research interest is on the management of IT projects in the fourth industrial revolution, as an emerging industrial revolution; and has published research articles within this field. Furthermore, she has successfully supervised a number of postgraduate students within the AIS department. She is passionate about molding the future generation through Technology education as it instills competencies and skills required in the advancement of IT as an industry. She believes in the delivery of application and practice-based teaching and learning, where students get to apply their acquired knowledge through the use of given case scenarios. Through such teaching/learning philosophy, she believes graduates get to be ready for the industry.
