Biography:

Lulama obtained a BSc(Eng) in Civil Engineering from UCT in 2013. She then worked as a Consultant Engineer in Water Resource Management. Thereafter, she worked on projects focused on the implementation of water sensitive design infrastructure in informal settlements. She is currently a PhD Candidate candidate at the University of Cape Town, and is a member of the Water Research Group at UJ. Lulama joined the Civil Engineering Department of University of Johannesburg as a lecturer in January 2021.
