About Dr André Kruger
Mr André Kruger obtained a M Tech: Real Estate from the University of South Africa (Unisa) in 2006. He is currently lecturing property valuation and management in the Department of Finance and Investment Management within the Faculty of Economic and Financial Sciences at the University of Johannesburg. He specializes in the field of Property Valuation and is specifically interested in research in the effect of climate change on the market value of fixed property and co-operative education. Mr Kruger is a novice researcher and has presented papers at national and international conferences.
