The cost of the conference:
- Full Conference: R 2 500.00
- Day 1: 20 September: R 1 500.00
- Day 2: 21 September: R 1 000.00
Terms and Conditions

- The registration fee must be paid before the start of the conference and not later than 12 September 2016. No entry to the conference will be granted without prior full payment.
- Registration fee doesn’t include travel and accommodation.
- An invoice with the UJ Conference bank account details will be sent to you via e-mail within 72 hours of receipt of your registration.
- Proof of payment must be sent to email@example.com by 12 September 2016. Please ensure payment is made with clear reference to the delegate being paid for (Payment reference: Invoice #).
- Delegates attending from outside South Africa should make payment in South African Rand (ZAR) and are responsible for the bank charges.
- NO onsite payment will be accepted.
- Non-paid non-attendance delegates will be liable for the full invoiced amount, if no written cancellation was received before 12 September 2016.
- Cancellation statement:
Fully paid delegate with written cancellation cannot be refunded.
Non-attendance fully paid delegates with no written cancellation will not be refunded.
- Transfer of registration:
Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.
Your name and surname with the title, name, surname and organisation of the person that will replace you must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org before 12 September 2016.
