BTech (Marketing)

The BTech Marketing Management qualification offered at the University of Johannesburg is a postgraduate qualification after the completion of a Diploma in Marketing. The BTech qualification aims to develop the students’ applied and cognitive competencies in the acquisition, interpretation, understanding as well as the applications of the marketing principle.
This qualification will further allow the student the opportunity to apply for the BCom Honours (Marketing Management) qualification which was judged to be the benchmark qualification in South Africa by a Peer Review Panel.
Subjects include:
· Advanced Marketing Finance IV
· Electronic Marketing (similar to Digital Marketing)
· Research Design and Methodology
· Strategic Marketing Principles (Marketing IV)
· Brand Marketing
· International Marketing
