Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA)The Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA) is a statutory health body established in terms of the Allied Health Professions Act, 63 of 1982 (the Act) in order to control all allied health professions, which includes Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Phytotherapy, Therapeutic Aromatherapy, Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Therapeutic Reflexology and Unani-Tibb.

​Homoeopathic Association of South Africa (HSA)

The Homoeopathic Association of South Africa (HSA) is a voluntary association recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council of SA as the official representative of the Homoeopathic Profession in South Africa. The HSA actively engages Government, the Department of Health, the Allied Health Professions Council and all other organisations and structures that influence our profession in constant communication with other health related bodies and institutions. The HSA represents and promotes the homoeopathic practitioner, the profession and its interests including related education matters, for the better health and well-being of all South Africans.

​​​Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis (LMHI)

The internationaL homoeopathic medical society Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis (LMHI), established in Rotterdam in 1925, represents homoeopathic physicians in more that​ 70 countries all over the world. The purpose of the association include the development and securing of homoeopathy worldwide and the creation of a link among licensed homoeopaths with medical qualifications as well as societies and persons who are interested in Homoeopathy. The LMHI is exclusively devoted to non- profit activities serving philanthropic benefits. The Homoeopathic Association of South Africa (HSA) is an institutional member of the LMHI, granting its members automatic full membership to the LMHI.
