Double Blind Review
ICICIS 2019 will use a double blind peer-review process which is aimed at ensuring that all submissions are of expected quality. All accepted papers will undergo this process.
Authors are encouraged to review the conference page in order to ensure that their submissions meets the objectives of the theme of the ICICIS themes.
The ICICIS 2019 Program Committee will assess each submission and authors will be notified of the decision regarding their paper. Authors are encouraged to adhere to submission guidelines for the ICICIS conference.
Review Committee
A Review Committee will consist of subject matter experts, who have been selected to contribute to the review process and will comprise both local and international experts in the field of cyber security and information systems. The weighting of local and international reviewers is split equally at 50-50 to ensure quality and representativeness of the conference.
All submitted papers are reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers in a double blind review process. All authors will be notified of the review outcome by the committee.
