Refinancing your business for success
About the programme:
The shutdown of economies across the world in response to COVID-19 has created large-scale disruption of company operations. As the lockdowns are lifted, many companies will find themselves operating in difficult economic environments. It is time for businesses, large and small, to assess the financial impact of the lockdowns on short-term goals while also taking the time to re-calibrate long-term financial plans.
Join us for an interactive, practical and personalised two-day online programme that will walk participants through:
- Analysis of the finances of a case-study company or your own company
- Review of assets, cash-flows and borrowings
- Distress determination of a case-study company or your own company
- Preparing a company for refinancing to boost financial sustainability
- Refinancing options for a case-study company or your own company
