How to lead an organisation (or a revolution) from home

The World Bank 2019 labour force report estimates the global workforce at 3.49 billion workers. If an estimated 20% of the global workforce is on COVID-19 lockdown, then approximately 700 million workers are dispersed from working remotely and in desperate need of leadership and management that is adjusted to the virtual work environment.

The JBS Masterclass on Lockdown leadership: How to lead an organisation (or a revolution) from your home unpacks this new work setting and what its common features are.  With seemingly no end in sight and in line with JBS' philosophy of instilling lifelong skills, the Masterclass is based on John Sanei's prescription to "act like we are never going back to normal".  You will leave the Masterclass with a renewed handful of tools and techniques that are universally applicable during the lockdown and beyond.
