Madoda Sitshange joined the CSDA in 2018 as a researcher. He holds a BA in Social Work and a MA in Industrial Social Work from the University of the Witwatersrand. His thesis was on inter-organisational collaboration in child and family welfare. At the CSDA, he is part of the team working on the Sihlengi/imizi intervention. He previously worked as a Quality Improvement and Psychosocial Advisor for the Department of Paediatric and Child health at the University of Stellenbosch. He hopes to increase his knowledge and experience in Social Development Research through the various projects at the CSDA. His research interests are in systematic reviews, quality improvement, evidence-based practice and policy implementation.
