Mr Logistic Makoni is a lecturer in tourism at the School of Tourism and Hospitality (STH), University of Johannesburg. He is also involved in the supervision of BTech and Honours students in Tourism. Mr Makoni has taught Tourism in a number of institutions since 2014. He recently completed, and holds a, Master's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of Johannesburg (Cum Laude). Mr Makoni is currently, working on a PhD proposal in the field of Tourism. He is a young researcher in the field of tourism whose is passionate about tourism developmental issues in Africa, with specific focus on planning and policy related issues.
