Represented SA Internationally at the u23 World Championships in Austria (the Nations Cup) in the Men's Lightweight coxless four

Captain of World Student Games/Commonwealth Squad

Represented SA Internationally at the Commonwealth Regatta and at the World Student Games Regatta in Nottingham England

Won Gold at Commonwealth Regatta

4th at World Student Games Regatta

Represented SA in the lightweigt fours event in 2005 World Cup Regatta in Lucerne, Switzerland (came 7th overall)

Represented SA in the 2005 World Championships Regatta held in Gifu, Japan (came 7th in the World)

Represented SA in numerous World Cup regattas in 2006

Represented SA at the Senior World Championship in England in 2006

Represented SA at the 2006 Commonwealth Rowing Regatte

Represented SA at the World Cup Lucerne

Represented SA at the 2007 World Rowing Championships in Munich, Germany

Represented SA at the 2008 World Rowing Olympic Qualification Regatta in Poznan, Poland

Coached RAU Men's 8 in 2004 to their first Boat Race win

Coached various school boy crews in SA and the UJ that have medalled at their respective National Championships
