Tutor Development is housed within the Academic Development Centre at the University of Johannesburg. Our core business is to assist in implementing and effectively utilizing a tutor system within academic departments. This is with a view to promote student development and learning in subject specific discipline areas. Our focus is to provide guidance and support to tutors so that they may be successfully developed and mentored. This in turn enables them to most effectively facilitate student learning.
