For PsyCaD to be able to function both professionally and ethically in all its dealings with clients and stakeholders, it adheres to the regulations and stipulations of the Health Professionals Council of South Africa. In addition, PsyCaD is serious in its intent to adhere to both the spirit and letter of various laws that impact on it, and regard Chapter 2 of the Bill of Rights in the Constitution of South Africa as its guiding light.
